Ms Linda joined the board on April 20, 2007 and was appointed the non-executive Chairlady of Nippecraft Limited on July 11, 2007. She is a director of other companies within the Asia Pulp and Paper Co Ltd.

Ms Linda holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Financial Engineering.

Dr Lo was appointed in June 1, 1999 as an executive director and Chief Operating Officer of the Group

Prior to joining Nippecraft Limited, Dr Lo was holding various senior positions in USA, China and Indonesia.

Dr Lo holds a doctorate degree in Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, USA. He is also a Bachelor of Science Degree holder from Taiwan.

Mr Lin was appointed as a non-executive director on August 9, 1997.

He started working with Ta Hung Paper Mills in Taiwan before he joined PT Pabrik Kertas Tjiwi Kimia Tbk in 1978. He has been a Commissioner of PT Pindo Deli Pulp & Paper Mills and the President Director of PT Pabrik Kertas Tjiwi Kimia Tbk since 1994. He was President Director of PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk from 2003 to 2005 and was appointed President Commissioner of the Company since 2005

He obtained his education at the College of Chinese Culture Academy in Taiwan, majoring in Pulp and Paper Technology.

Miss Indah joined the board on October 3, 2007 and was appointed the non-executive Director of Nippecraft Limited on the same date. She has been member of Sinar Mas Pulp, Paper & Chemical Division Steering Committee since 2004. She was appointed as a Commissioner of the Company on August 2005.

Ms Indah holds a Master degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago, USA.

Mr Ching has served as an independent director on Nippecraft Limited Board since September 8, 1995.

Mr Ching is also the executive chairman of Titan Group of companies with operations in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, People's Republic of China & Taiwan. He has extensive experience in the various aspects of business.

Mr Ching holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the former University of Singapore and has attended the Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program.

Mr. Lai was appointed as an independent director to the Board on March 8, 2005. He has extensive experience in areas of Finance, Marketing and General Management, before he moved into the consulting and executive search arenas. He is an executive search consultant, and runs his own business consulting company, Green Light Consultants. He started his career with Coopers & Lybrand Chartered Accountants (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) in the UK before moving to Singapore. In Singapore Mr. Lai held senior management positions in various MNCs including Warner Bros and Shell. Mr. Lai was trained as a Chartered Accountant in England and had earlier qualified with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Liverpool.

Mr See joined the board on December 22, 2008 and was appointed as an independent Director of Nippecraft Limited on the same date.

Mr See is currently the chief financial officer/company secretary of Otto Marine Limited, a position he held since March 2007. He has an extensive 13 years of experience in both the finance and general management role. Mr See graduated with an MBA in finance from the Hull University, UK and a CPA accredited by CPA Australia. He is also a full member of the Singapore Institute of Directors and ordinary member of Marketing Institute of Singapore.

Mdm Chua joined the Board on October 3, 2007 and was appointed as an executive Director of Nippecraft Limited on the same date.

Mdm Chua has work experience spanning 34 years beginning from the ground to management. She is currently holding the appointment of Business Director (FIN) with a wide exposure in various areas covering finance & investment, accounting, human resources, manufacturing operation & trading. She also oversees operations and business as a Director of JinMei Industrial Sdn Bhd and Collins Debden Pty Ltd., a subsidiary of Nippecraft Ltd.
