Change Of Company Secretary

The Board of Directors of Nippecraft Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that Ms Tan Guat Neo Phyllis has resigned as Company Secretary on the 04 December 2007 and Mr Ong Eng Peng has been appointed as Company Secretary with effect from 27 December 2007

The Board of Directors would like to express its appreciation to Ms Tan for her services during her tenure with the Company.
