Resolutions Approved At Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

The Board of Directors of Nippecraft Limited ("the Company") is pleased to announce that at the AGM held on 28 April 2008, all resolutions as set out in the Notice of AGM dated 4 April 2008 were duly passed by the Shareholders of the Company.
